At the time, I was franchised to an organisation that provided all the marketing I needed, so had no call for a website of my own. However, I made a mental note to contact Russell, should I ever need my own piece of the web.
When the time came to start my own company, my first port of call was to give Russell a call, and we got together that same day for a chat about my requirements; he knew them much more than I did! The quote for my website came next day and was much lower than I had expected (I can say that now as the work is complete and paid for!).
Over the next couple of weeks Russell and I hatched a plan about what form the website would take, and I began to fire content and pictures at him. I was then invited to meet with Russell to look at the draft website. I was instantly very impressed with the website I saw, although over the next couple of days decided on a big list of tweaks needed, in my content, rather than in the structure of the website. Russell was extremely patient and made all the alterations willingly, he also patiently fielded a large amount of questions from someone who has no experience of managing a website.
Finally the site was finished; I was invited to meet Russell again so he could introduce me to how I could make my own updates to the website. This was explained without too much time spent on things I didn’t need to know.
Even after everything had been handed over and my bill had been paid, Russell was, and still is, on hand to offer me support when needed. On the day of the launch of my driving school, I was quick to take my newly branded tuition car round for Russell to see, after all he has become a major part of my brand identity, for which I am extremely grateful.
